Good place. Went for anniversary before a night on the town. Good unique atmosphere and very friendly people. Booked reservation on OpenTable.

Fantastic food and excellent service

Went there on a Sunday morning around 10:30 and were seated right away. Service was very friendly and attentive. Place is airy and bright with a nice outdoor seating area.The food was a little slow to arrive especially given there were very few customers. Several people had Eggs Benedict and reactions varied from good to ok. Breakfast potatoes were not good which is a marker I think. I had the breakfast sandwich and it was "ok". Fruit "kabob" was in a cup but tasty.I might go back - looked like a fun place for dinner.

Went on a Sunday twenty minutes before opening time. Had to wait an hour and a half, but the French toast was delicious. I had the French toast sampler and Mama's smoothie. The food was great. Long wait, but we expected that.

Been there many times for lunch. Very nice in the spring and summer to sit in the outside area. Food is fine, albeit a bit fancied for my taste.

Curried carrot soup was good. Strawberry feta and pecan salad as well. The rest was average. Not bad but nothing special

Our waitress brought us menus and we were ready to order when the hostess took our menus away, saying they're lunch. The new menu had the same items just more expensive.Tried the Seared Ahi Tuna salad. Tuna was good, I prefer a sear, this one was not seared. Service was very attentive.

I was craving a bacon Cheeseburger, They made it, and it was 1000% awesome. Really tho', what they do, they do right... The bartender let my water run dry though.. I mean, your sole job is making sure I have a drink. Whatever, I still love them. Will go back for sure.

I went here for a graduation party for one of my friends. We got served scallops, a soup, a beet salad, and then got the lamp. The scallops were great, and I usually don't like seafood. The soup was good, but was like lava and took a little bit to cool down. The beet salad was pretty good, there were 3 ingredients to it so it's hard to mess up. The lamb was okay, it was a little burnt though

Over-priced lunch and mediocre food. The atmosphere has no cohesion; I suppose it's distracting so you don't think about the food! Service was fine. We didn't have dessert or cocktails, so I cannot comment on those aspects.

Nice place. Slightly on expensive side but ok for downtown I guess. Had egg plan primavara. It was good. Realtively small portion size. They offer bread with some homemade sauce as starter. It's Italian cuisine.

We had reservations for Valentines Day somewhere else farther away... but couldn't make it...so stopped by Vivas to see if we could save Valentines Day...they accommodated us without reservation.The food was amazing!Made our Valentines Day awsome!

The food is outstanding, ambiance superb, service divine, if not for being out of bread, the rating would be five stars!

I like coming here and eating at the bar. It's open and Sun comes through. It's quite and peaceful generally in afternoons. Some evenings, this place could be loud because of live music but it's always been pleasant for me.

I love Viva! Great for a quick bite on a weeknight, a weekend date night, or for catching up with a friend. The tempura green beans are amazing, as well as pretty much everything I've ever ordered here. The service is wonderful, which is really saying a lot! It always feels happy in Viva - check it out!

Great place for Vargas Vineyards to host their pick up parties! Great service and good food. Portions are just right!

Went here for a hubby's work function. Food was delicious. Exceptional service. Good wine and amazing music. Good place for parties!

Fun place with good food and drink

Crab cakes, steak salad, ahi tuna salad are all very good. Chocolate torte is delicious, so is the bread pudding (and it's massive). Corcage fee is waived for one bottle if you but a bottle.

Love their happy hour. Love Viva a Go Go, too. Amazing wine list and great service. Love Amy, the bartender, too. Viva is lucky to have her working for them. Super fun place to celebrate a special occasion.

Food was good. Waitress was either new or had alot of tables on her plate :). Order came out way wrong and we kept having to ask multiple times for the same thing. Happy hour prices were good.

Good food and service. Bathrooms were terrible, one toilet were clogged. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Nice location but outside sign makes it hard to find even though it is right in front of you. Other bathroom ran out of toilet paper, I was told. Parking was easy. Great desert, the raspberry chocolate tort was the best I have had in years.

Excellent everything except it was a little cold.

Nice bar area with good service. I went here with a date and we closed the place down and were the last two to leave. They didn't rush us out and let us stay until we were feeling guilty that we might be keeping them. Pretty quiet and decent place for a date.

Decent Happy Hour 4 to 6 daily. Poor service.

Owners of Viva, we've been long time customers and viva fans for over a decade. We love so much about our neighborhood eatery. After several years of quality and services issues, I'm not sure we can continue to support your business. There are still some professionals we love to support, and they are only reason we still come. The food quality has reached an all time low, and is nowhere near the quality for the prices we pay. I urge you to reach out to discuss the many issues experienced by both friends and family, because we all have come to the same realization. I like you, and hope our neighborhood restaurant can be a weekly staple in our week again.

Was here for a group lunch. Chicken picatta was well prepared and tasty.Service was decent.
